Fit

Who is DataJourneyHQ Academy for?

Builders, founders, and product teams who can prototype with AI and now need it to hold up in front of real users.

Is this for vibe coders?

Yes. If you can prototype fast but your build wobbles under real use, this is built for you.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. But you should be comfortable experimenting with AI tools and thinking clearly about how a workflow fits together.

Is this for beginners?

Ambitious beginners can thrive. It works best when you bring a real idea or prototype to shape.

Format

How long is the Academy?

6 weeks. Each week pushes one real workflow a step further, from first idea to launch plan.

Is it live or self-paced?

It is built around live cohort sessions and hands-on reviews. Supporting material fills the gaps in between.

How much time should I plan each week?

Plan for the live session plus focused build time. How hard you push your workflow is up to you.

Are sessions recorded?

Often yes. But the real value comes from showing up live and putting your workflow on the table.

Outcomes

What will I build?

You use your own idea as the lab. You leave with everything you need to keep building it.

Will I have a finished app by the end?

The promise is an implementation-ready plan, not a guaranteed finished app. Many builders leave with a stronger prototype too.

What artifacts do I leave with?

A workflow map and tool contracts. An eval plan with risk notes. An operating checklist and a launch roadmap.

How is this different from a prompt engineering course?

Most courses teach prompts and tools. The Academy teaches system judgment: how data flows, where it breaks, and who stays in control.

Teams & Enterprise

Can companies send a team?

Yes. Team pods and enterprise cohorts focus on your internal workflows and a shared way of working.

Can we use internal use cases?

Yes, within sensible boundaries. We shape a private cohort around your real workflows and governance needs.

How does this upskill a team?

Your team leaves with a shared language for evaluating AI ideas and judging what is ready to ship.

Do you provide a leadership summary?

Enterprise engagements can include a leadership readout on team readiness and recommended next steps.

Logistics

What is the price?

An individual cohort seat is $599 USD. Team pods use seat bundles. Enterprise cohorts are scoped to your team and needs.

Is there an application?

Yes. It helps us understand your idea and whether the Academy is the right fit right now.

What happens after I apply?

We review your context and reply with the right next step for you, whether that is a cohort seat or a quick call.

What happens after the Academy?

You leave with a clear path to implementation. Teams can add consulting support for the build itself.

Fit Check & Email

What happens when I take the fit check?

You answer a few quick questions, then add your email to unlock your path. We show it on screen and send a copy to your inbox.

Will you email me?

Yes. Your result and full plan land in the inbox you provide, and we may follow up about Academy fit. You can also opt in for a sample 6 week curriculum.

Is the course plan personalized?

Yes. It maps your answers to a practical path. Simple and clear, with no black box.

Can I ask for a human review instead?

Yes. If your situation is complex or team-based, book a consultation and we will shape the path with you.
